Q: Will the EarBud hands-free kit work with my phone?
A: The EarBud works with cellular and cordless phones that have a 2.5 mm jack. Some cell phones with a 2.5 mm jack are made by Audiovox, Kyocera, LG, Nextera, Panasonic, Samsung, Sanyo, and Nokia (with an adapter).

Q: Can the EarBud be worn on either my left or right ear?
A: The EarBud is designed to be worn on the right ear.

Q: Can I find out more about my web order?
A: We email a tracking number for all orders placed online. If you have any questions about your order, please contact orders. Be sure to include your order number.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Sorry, but All Sales are Final. No refunds or exchanges unless product is defective. Please make sure your phone is compatible with standard 2.5 mm jack headsets before purchasing. Returns because of incompatibility will not be accepted.
